The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It is very close to the main square without all the madness, and next to the trams, allowing for easy transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities, and the bathrooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are plentiful, with both buffet and cooked-to-order choices available.

The trams passing by the hotel can be quite noisy and may disturb light sleepers.

The hotel is appealing, its location and staff are fab. Big room, elegant bathroom. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Smak Ukrainski, set within 5 minutes walk or so, liked this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Santi! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square. Our room on the 1st floor was spacious and had a lot of character with exposed brick and wood beams. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches like complimentary cherry brandy and chocolates. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free drink voucher at the bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, although there were a couple of hiccups with the ordered items. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and warm ambiance. I had a wonderful experience at Santi and would definitely return in the future.

Great value hotel in a superb location. Right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the main attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants. The interior of the hotel had a unique and quirky charm, with elements dating back hundreds of years. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the main square and within walking distance to popular attractions like the Jewish Quarter and Schindler's Factory. The hotel also had convenient amenities like a free coffee machine and water fountain in the reception area. our experience was fantastic!
